Advises ICTs, impact business accelerators, community projects, organizations, and companies seeking legal structures that foster the development of social and environmental initiatives with positive impact. Previously, Aline practiced law for several years in the fields of infrastructure, antitrust, and regulatory law, with notable experience including advisory for the winning consortium of Brazil’s first airport auction, managing litigation portfolios involving port and rail logistics, and supporting the negotiation of a leniency agreement in a case investigated under Operation Car Wash (Operação Lava Jato).

Member of the Third Sector Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP).
Researcher at the Applied Legal Research Center at FGV Law School São Paulo since 2015, where she coordinates the Civil Society Organizations Group. Her work at FGV earned her the Civil Society Policy Impact Research Award (2020) from ISTR, and she was also recognized by the FGV Applied Research Network for her executive coordination of the Economic Sustainability of Civil Society Organizations Project, supported by the European Union and conducted through a partnership between FGV, GIFE, and IPEA. Through this project, Aline coordinated the publication of 7 books within the Economic Sustainability of CSOs Collection, co-authored several of them, and organized events and initiatives that influenced public policy.
She served as a consultant for UNESCO (2012) and advisor to the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil (2013–2014) on the regulatory framework agenda for civil society organizations (Marco Regulatório das Organizações da Sociedade Civil). In this role, she supported the drafting of key regulations such as Law 13.019/2014, presided over the CSO Hackathon, and contributed to the advancement of normative policies in this sector at the federal level.
She has been part of the Sistema B Legal Group since 2015. As part of this work, she leads one of the initiatives within ENIMPACTO, coordinated by the Ministry of Economy, focused on ensuring legal certainty for nonprofit organizations participating as shareholders in companies.
Author of the Brazilian report for SEGIB/UNDP titled “Companies with Purpose and Regulation of the Fourth Sector in Ibero-America“, Aline is a frequent speaker and author of books and articles on civil society organizations, impact business, and ESG.
