Associated attorney and coordinator of the administrative, civil, and tax litigation areas, with 20 years of experience and solid expertise at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Currently focused on clients from the third sector.

Extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with an emphasis on legal consultancy and injunctions, as well as lawsuits involving medical and hospital treatments. Provides legal assistance to physicians and healthcare institutions in administrative proceedings before professional councils, such as the Regional Medical Council (CRM) and the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). Acts in a structuring case at the federal level, representing a hospital institution in significant matters before the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF), Themes 6 and 1234.

Also has broad knowledge in tax credit recovery, administrative and judicial defenses, bankruptcy proceedings, and judicial recovery. Frequently participates in the development of asset protection and restructuring projects for companies and individuals, with a focus on business succession.

Graduated from PUC-PR, with a specialization in Civil Procedure and an LL.M in Corporate Law.
