RODRIGO KROTH BITENCOURT, LL.M

Lawyer with experience in all aspects of procedural law, with solid experience in litigation and consultancy of a business, civil and tax nature. Extensive knowledge in tax claims for credit recovery, administrative and judicial defenses, bankruptcy proceedings and judicial recovery. He also frequently participates in the elaboration of patrimonial protection projects and patrimonial restructuring of companies and individuals, with a focus on business succession. Professional trained to act as Judicial Mediator by the Paraná Court of Justice – TJPR, through the Permanent Center for Consensual Conflict Resolution Methods – NUPEMEC-PR.
