Doctor and Master in Environmental Law. She has extensive professional experience advising companies on issues related to compliance with environmental and consumer legislation, and foundations and civil associations on matters related to corporate regularization/compliance and the formalization/structuring of their contractual relations with companies, public authorities and other non-profit institutions.
Academic and institutional involvement
Professor of Environmental Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and at the OAB preparatory course “Saraiva Aprova”. Lecturer on the ESG Leadership course at Legal Ethics & Compliance (LEC). Assistant coordinator of the Specialization Course in Environmental Law and Strategic Sustainability Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, where she gives lectures and also guides students in the preparation of their final monographs.
She is a regular speaker at seminars, university extension courses and postgraduate courses in Environmental Law and Third Sector Law, promoted by educational institutions and other respected professional training bodies. Legal and administrative coordinator of the Association of Environmental Law Teachers of Brazil – APRODAB. Member of Master’s, Doctorate and qualification boards.
Author of the books “Licenciamento e Compensação Ambiental na Lei do Sistema Nacional das Unidades de Conservação (SNUC)” (ISBN 9788522456338) and “A proteção da fauna sob a ótica constitucional” (ISBN 8574534137). Coordinator of the book “Relevant Aspects of the National Solid Waste Policy – Law 12.305/2010” (ISBN 9788522476282). Author of several articles on Environmental Law and Third Sector Law, published in specialized magazines, collective works and newspapers.
Her doctoral thesis, defended in 2007 at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, is entitled “A Contribution to the Improvement of the Environmental Compensation Institute Provided for in Law 9.985/2000”, under the supervision of Professor Consuelo Yatsuda Moromizato Yoshida. In 1998, he defended his master’s thesis at the same university on “The protection of fauna from a constitutional perspective”, under the supervision of Professor Celso Antônio Pacheco Fiorillo.
