As part of the set of rules on integrity, ethics and conduct contained in SBSA’s Compliance Program, the Doubts and Complaints Channel set up in the office can be accessed at the e-mail address [email protected], which is available for forwarding questions about the issues dealt with in the Policy, as well as for reporting possible violations.
The requests submitted will be received by the Compliance Committee, which will take the necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information and data that form part of the complaints made, as well as ensuring that there is an effective solution to the issues.
