The cultural diversity of our people, present in art, music, theater, dance, architecture, cuisine, folkloric and typical events, constitutes one of our greatest riches, as it reveals our identity and keeps alive the memory and the link with the different training groups of Brazilian society.
For the material and immaterial cultural heritage to be known and enjoyed by present generations and bequeathed to future generations, several non-profit organizations are dedicated to the development of projects aimed at their protection, restoration and dissemination, either with the support of the government, or from the private sector.
SBSA advises cultural entities in structuring and legally adapting their projects to incentive laws (e.g., Rouanet Law and PAC Cultural), in the contractual relationship with their partners and supporters (e.g., donation or sponsorship agreement, agreement and partnership term), and accountability to donors/sponsors and public bodies.
The firm also advises companies that are willing to sponsor or donate resources for incentivized cultural projects, with regard to the formalities to be fulfilled both by the project proponent as a sponsor or donor, for the legal and safe use of the tax incentive.
