Within the scope of Corporate Law, SBSA advises and represents Civil Society Organizations, companies and foundations, national and headquartered abroad, assisting clients in all legal aspects of their activities. The scope of our work includes drafting and negotiating contracts and any other form of agreements with the State, multilateral organizations, foundations and foreign funds and national organizations.
We also advise on corporate restructuring operations, incorporation, spin-off, transformation, merger and liquidation of Civil Society Organizations, together with advising on the formation of networks and partnerships and adaptation of the statutes and other corporate documents to the demands of tax exemptions, tax incentives and any form of registration or qualification at the government level.
